A new chapter for MSIP
This year marked an exciting milestone as Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc officially became MSIP.
While our name has changed, our purpose remains the same: delivering sustainable opportunities through innovation, technology and collaboration.
Our new identity reflects how far we’ve come. Today, MSIP is a connected innovation-to-manufacturing ecosystem where businesses can move from concept to production in one location, supported by flexible industrial, manufacturing and office space, Innovation Labs, business support and affordable low-carbon energy.
It’s a new chapter that reflects our ambition for the future while remaining rooted in the manufacturing excellence that has defined this site for generations.
A community that’s growing
Growth at MSIP isn’t just about buildings – it’s about people.
Over the past year, we’ve welcomed five new tenants and Innovation Lab users to the Parc, each bringing new ideas, expertise and opportunities for collaboration.
We’ve also connected with more businesses across Dundee than ever before, with organisations now choosing MSIP as the venue for regular meetings, workshops and events. Every new conversation and every new connection helps strengthen the innovative community we’re continuing to build.

Our momentum is growing both on and off site.
Since the start of the year, visits to our website have increased by 203.3%, demonstrating growing interest from businesses looking for a place where innovation and manufacturing come together.
We’ve also seen a remarkable 446% increase in bookings across our Innovation Hub, including our meeting rooms, hot desks and Event Space. It’s a clear sign that more businesses are choosing MSIP as the place to meet, collaborate and develop new ideas.
